What is Chatbot and how does it work?

A Chatbot is a computer program designed to simulate conversation with human users, especially over the Internet. It employs natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) to interpret and respond to user inputs.  Chatbots operate through predefined rules or machine learning algorithms. They analyze user messages, interpret intent, and generate appropriate responses. Some advanced Chatbots utilize machine learning to improve their understanding and responses over time.
