We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our multi-platform digital initiatives and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the IT industry and a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns to attract high-quality leads for IT services and solutions.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and others.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
  • Plan and implement content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
  • Design and execute email marketing workflows, nurturing sequences, and drip campaigns.
  • Drive website strategy encompassing content, SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in the IT, SaaS, or technology services sector.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels in a B2B IT context.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing in-house teams and agency partners.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Generating leads from assigned international geographies, focus technology and industry verticals.
  • Generating leads from professional networking, Community forums, Bidding, Marketing campaigns, Other Innovative Approaches
    Proactively hunting, farming and account management with clients for new businesses
  • Experience of managing entire sales life cycle &/or experience of successfully achieving sales/revenue targets will be an advantage
  • Experience with trending & cognitive technologies &/or product/solution selling will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the development team to propose tailored solutions and estimates to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will focus on developing robust and high-performance ASP.net solutions for key clients of IT Path Solutions.
  • He/she will support teams and client communication and become a key catalyst for project success.
  • Understanding client requirements & functional specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications also should have good logic while writing code.
  • Ensuring foolproof performance of the deliverable.
  • Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.
  • Sending regular updates about project status.

Experience Required: 2 years (Min. 1 year in Automation; 6 months–1 year Manual/Automation)

Test Automation Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for Android and iOS applications.
  • Integrate automated tests with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Create and manage test data and test environments required for automation testing.


Test Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
  • Work closely with development teams to debug and resolve issues.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure automation standards are met.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and practices to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of automation tests, including defect reports and testing metrics.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer, with a focus on mobile testing using Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of Java or other programming languages used in automation scripting.
  • Experience with mobile application testing (both Android and iOS platforms).


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Appium and understanding of its architecture.
  • Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Proven track record of driving targeted traffic and generating leads through PPC advertising.
  • Deep understanding of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
