Last week, our team at IT Path Solutions was thrilled to have Bhumi attend WordCamp Canada 2025. The event offered an incredible opportunity to connect with the WordPress community, learn from experts, and gather insights that help us serve our clients even better.

Learning and Inspiration

Bhumi attended sessions covering a wide range of topics including AI in WordPress, accessibility, block development, serverless workflows, and more. Each session provided fresh perspectives and sparked great ideas for improving the way we work with WordPress.

One of the highlights for her was Jill’s session, “10 Lessons from 40 Countries”, which shared fascinating insights into how WordPress is being used around the world and how cultural diversity shapes digital creativity.

Another session that stood out was Matt’s Town Hall, where Bhumi learned about Automattic’s ongoing innovations in personal publishing and cloud-based WordPress tools. The discussions gave her practical takeaways that can help streamline workflows and strengthen our approach to projects.

Every session offered something valuable and actionable, filling Bhumi with ideas and enthusiasm that she is excited to bring back to our projects at IT Path Solutions.

Connecting with the Community

Beyond the sessions, one of the most rewarding parts of WordCamp Canada was the chance to meet organizers, speakers, and fellow volunteers in person. After a year of collaborating remotely, finally connecting face-to-face made the experience even more memorable!

The conversations, shared experiences, and warm community spirit reminded us of what makes WordPress so special. It is powered by people who genuinely care about open-source collaboration and helping each other grow.

Celebrating Beyond Sessions

The excitement didn’t end when the sessions were over. Bhumi and the team enjoyed the after-party, where everyone came together in a relaxed setting to celebrate the success of the event. It was a great opportunity to chat with speakers, organizers, and attendees while sharing laughs, stories, and new friendships.
