

What is Pickup Time?
Pickup Time is an end-to-end car booking platform that allows customers to reserve rides between selected locations with personalized travel preferences, including the number of passengers (adults and children), luggage specifications, and vehicle type. The system intelligently suggests suitable vehicle options such as Mini Vans, Business Class Cars, Small Cars, and Premium Cars based on the customer’s input and configurable pricing rules set for different pickup and drop zones. Customers can seamlessly make payments through Stripe integration, and once the booking is confirmed, nearby agencies or individual drivers are notified to accept the trip. The platform also includes a robust ecosystem for agencies and drivers. Agencies can register on the platform, get verified by the admin, and manage their fleet and drivers through a dedicated panel. Drivers—both independent and agency-affiliated—can use the mobile app to accept bookings, start and complete trips, and update their real-time location for live tracking by the customer. Communication between the customer and the driver is enabled via an in-app chat system. Payouts are calculated monthly, deducting the platform commission, and released to the drivers and agencies. Admins have full control over bookings, user verification, and agency management through the admin panel.

Customer Side
Customers can book rides based on pickup and drop locations, provide passenger and luggage details, and choose from various car types such as Mini Vans, Premium, Business Class, and more. The system calculates pricing dynamically based on location and vehicle type, enabling secure online payments. Once booked, customers can track their driver in real time, communicate through in-app chat, and access their complete booking history.
Agency Panel
Agencies can register on the platform and upload required documents for verification, manage their cars and drivers, and accept or assign incoming bookings. They can track monthly earnings and payouts, as well as review complete booking history and monitor ongoing trips.
Individual Driver App
Drivers can register and set up their profiles, accept or reject incoming bookings, and manage trips with start and complete functionality. They can share their live location for customer tracking, communicate through the in-app chat system, and monitor their earnings and payout history directly from their dashboard.
Admin Panel
Admins can manage all bookings, users, agencies, and drivers, verify agency documents, configure pricing based on car type and location, and monitor ongoing trips to resolve any issues. They also oversee platform commissions and manage monthly payouts to drivers and agencies.
