We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our multi-platform digital initiatives and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the IT industry and a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead demand generation campaigns to attract high-quality leads for IT services and solutions.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and others.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
- Plan and implement content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
- Design and execute email marketing workflows, nurturing sequences, and drip campaigns.
- Drive website strategy encompassing content, SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in the IT, SaaS, or technology services sector.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels in a B2B IT context.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing in-house teams and agency partners.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills.
